The candidate may preferably have the technical capability to understand and develop project finance & capital structuring models and energy transition & sustainable finance frameworks to inform policy formulation and regulatory assessment.

The ideal candidate shall apply a systemic approach to problem-solving, understanding how fiscal decisions intersect with climate finance, technology,and regulatory frameworks. The candidate will play a critical role in converting complex financial information into actionable policy insights for government and corporate stakeholders.
